Our policies and cancellation conditions:
up to 31 days before arrival - no charges apply
up to 15 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50 % of the booking price
In case of cancellation within the last 14 days before arrival - no-show or early departure - we will charge you the total price.
Deposit: A payment of 25% of the booking price by bank transfer is required.
Please note: The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry AGBH2006 apply.
Travel insurance:
It is not uncommon for things to turn out differently than expected and the booked holiday has to be cancelled or prematurely interrupted. We would like to spare you the associated costs and hassle. We therefore recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including free Covid cover).
You are welcome to book your insurance cover with us at the same time! Please contact us - we will then take out the insurance for you.
